We hope to see you on the 7th.
Orange Observer ran an article yesterday about the 2020 for 20/20 Project we
are working on with the Orange County Public Schools. The project has 6 high
schools (Windermere, West Orange, Ocoee, Apopka, East River and Timber Creek)
and 1 elementary school (Washington Shores) collecting eyeglasses, readers, and
sunglasses (both prescription and regular). We are very proud of this project
and can't wait to see how many pieces of eyewear is collected for reuse for
those in need.
If you have any unused/unneeded eyewear lying around, please gather them up for donation. If you have/know a student at one of those schools, you can send them items in with them. Or you can drop them off at our clubhouse, 108 Taylor St, or the Ocoee Walmart Supercenter.
